Through a unique partnership with Harcum College, I-LEAD and
Chester Education Foundation, students may acquire the essential
skills of leadership. “College Without Walls” is an Associate’s
Degree program based on the I-LEAD Program, the Leadership
Studies, which develops and builds upon the skills students are
typically applying in their daily life, such as:
- Effective dialogue
- Negotiating, building relationships, and resolving
conflicts
- Systems thinking
- Public systems
- Speaking as a Leader
- Political leadership
- Group Dynamics
- Ethical Leadership
Classes are conveniently taught at Chester Education Foundation.
