Communities That Care ® Network (CTC)
The Communities That Care (CTC) Network was developed to address priority risk
factors such as academic failure and low neighborhood attachment through
proven, research based approaches that could be implemented in the schools and
community.

Chester Upland School District

professional staff that will provide you with the answers and
guidance needed to make your children's experience here at Chester Upland one
of positive growth and success.

I-LEAD
I-LEAD seeks to help grass-roots leaders look within themselves and work with
one another to develop the core leadership skills that will help their communities
truly succeed. I-LEAD seeks to help people build the capacities to help themselves
through their own leadership. To use a metaphor from the health care field, I-LEAD
does not seek to eliminate diseases or to ameliorate symptoms with band-aids,
but rather to work toward creating long-term community wellness and health
through leadership development.

Harcum College
Harcum College seeks to provide men and women with outstanding career
preparation that will meet or exceed the standards of their chosen professions. At
Harcum self-realization and preparation for participative citizenship are also of
